The good the bad & the ugly!
The hotel is very well designed, the lobby bar food is excellent, the italian resturant is superb. The staff was very polite and helpful, great warm hospitality team. Professional and personal.
Thet dont have a pool! The icons in Bookings are missleading! The have a very expenssive spa that costs extra! So is the parking. The advertisement is false , only whem.you get there, the staff that are well aware of this situation show you how to scroll all the way down and find the fine print about their hotel. Its a shame and a dissapoitment.

Exceptional
We saw a lot of families with small children. And all the staff were very kind to the children, so our family also was able to relax perfectly. In addition, the rooms were clean and the amenities were great. The location was a little far from the city center (20min by car), but that was not a problem. Instead, we had a great view of the surrounding mountains. I trust that my choice was the best. I wish we will be back!!!

Magical place. The mountain views, the service was good, og food was perfect. beautiful hotel.
Me and the family called the reception before we wanted to go to sleep, because the room was very hot. We asked about aircondition , But the receptionist Said that they didnt have aircondition , But we could open the balcony door to cool the room. It was open the whole night, and we still couldnt sleep Well all night because of the heat. The next day when we wanted to check out, there was another Nice lady in the front desk, and she told us that they had blazers/fans to cool the rooms…. They/the lady From the night before, should have offered that to us, instead of telling us to open the balcony door. We didnt know that they had it. So thats why it gets a 8/10. I know that its a skiresort, But a 5 star hotel should maybe have aircondition or fans in each room in the closet, cause in the summer its to hot.
